i am led to believe the enclave can't support its own population growth any more than BoS so it's inevitably going to implode. an AI president would be a really handy way to avoid that sort of power vacuum bullshit though.
also legion is canonically very good at ambush tactics and survivalism shit so they have seriously robust logistics. power armor and vertibirds need maintenance, they're centralized and vulnerable.
