Seeing what happened with stuff like Rape Day and No Mercy, these groups just went and found every title they could find that would sound bad to publicly defend and sent it to Mastercard/Visa/PayPal/etc and say why are you profiting off of these titles, as loudly as they could, leading to Valve to be pressured by some portion of the payment processors.
