Can confirm as someone who is hired for one of these in the southeast of the US. I'm part of a 6 man security/maintenance (((unit))) that get paid to guard the premise and are guaranteed shelter in a cataclysmic event. That is an occasional joke/mutual understanding we've come to have had. While I'd say it is possible we wouldn't the dude is a cunt and no one is interested in living with the boss but his wife is really nice so maybe it wouldn't be a total party wipe.
