Honestly, Alphys probably had to take Undyne with her when returning all the amalgams to their families. There's no way she wouldn't have had trouble otherwise. So it was probably Ceroba screaming a bunch of obvious projection at Alphys in between threatening her life while Undyne held her in a full nelson, and all of it stuck because its equally true about both of them.
