You are an idiot who clearly didn't read anything the game told you. Your stats come from support cards. Your build revolves around the deck you assemble. Your uma's strength is literally determined by the support cards you have and career is just assembling all the pieces together like a puzzle as best you can. If you are f2p then the reason you dump everything now is to save yourself the stress of dealing with a bloated support card pool for when it DOES become important. These cards are limited while umas are always added to the permanent pool so you will get everything uma eventually vs never getting the proper support card needed to build her
