I still don't believe this headcanon. Monsters can increase their HP by sleeping, and this fucker sleeps more than the average housecat. By the time we smack him in genocide route, we're strong enough to tear Asgore in half with one blow, so of course we'd one-shot the skeleton, regardless of his HP
