yes, I was on randy so it's not like I can attest to the pacing perfectly but they seemed to be completely normal planetside and only one small one in orbit. the description for those orbital traders does say they like to stay "safe" in orbit which implies it might be safer from threats like that in exchange for being so hard to thrive in.
