Meganium kinda sucks at that. Poison Powder is all it gets normally. It doesn't even get Leech Seed naturally. All the cool support stuff a grass type CAN do, Meganium either can't, or can only through breeding/tutoring moves onto it.
That's kinda the other fucked up thing about Meganium. If you WANT a status or support fucker, it's immediately worse than like a dozen other random grass types.
