Marisa route translation for 4 was mostly complete but the guys working on it didn't release it. Someone leaked it on 4chan a while back and I'm not sure but I think Reimu route is still not done. Also they stopped working on the translations of the originals to work on Complete Box but it's taking them actual years to finish it.
