I got a Mastercard and Visa both from Chase. Also have one Amex and one Discover. One has 5% category bonuses, the other one 3% on restaurants, Amex 3% on groceries and Discover... Well it was my first credit card since they pretty much approve everyone.
My point being is not a duopoly.
