Naive mindset. You will NEVER stop some people using it no matter how much blood you spill. The technology is obviously here to stay, so the best you can do is give people easy access to it so that one group can’t gain exclusive access to it and thus use it to dominate others. It would be like if only the government had the right to read or use the internet. It leads to a North Korea-esque system.
