Story is like 5 hours long if you try your best to rush it, if playthroughs are anything to go by

According to that baidu leaker, it took him 14 hours to beat the game while TRYING to get everything at the same time (although he very evidently tried to rush himself during the latter half of the game so you can take that with a grain of salt)
No one has 100% it yet so I can't speak on that regard
