10/10 doesn't really have the same connotation of perfection as "100%" does even if it translates to that. Rating games in % is dumb for that and many other reasons. Ofc games get 10/10s was too easily now

10/10 used to be ultra rare with revolutionary games like OoT and there is no way Bananza is up there. But 9/10s are so overinflated (and 5/10, which should mean average, means total shit game) that I understand why we also see more and more 10/10s. Famitsu scores aren't reliable at all but their 40/40 system is good and maybe a solution for this. Even if we hand out 10/10s like it's nothing, at least 40/40 is still rare (or should be)
