Honestly there isn't much gay ben can do about it. It's either bend the knee or lose nearly all online payments, and even if he fought back legally he'd be the smaller corporation in trying to fight in a system that is ran by the largest corporations only.
If enough places like Steam, GOG, Epic, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, ect. could put aside their differences for their common good they could do something, but some of them are more than happy to be in on the other side so it's unlikely to happen.
