I'm not going to claim either of those things but I will say that scout's gadget being what looks like a deployable motion sensor makes it look like it's designed as a sniper class, and I don't like that. I'm willing to accept recon being playable as a sniper, but it should also be playable as more of a frontline class as well. If his gadget is designed just to keep him safer while he snipes that sucks.
