The wheelchair was part of Olivia's identity yes, but it wasn't her entire identity. The point of the game is that Olivia struggles with people assigning her this preconceived identity based entirely off her physical condition, and in E4 Inco sees through all the bullshit she pulls as a consequence of this and draws the real Olivia out.
Olivia has no qualms about dancing with Inco on his terms so-to-speak, because to her it's not drawing attention to her condition or forcing her into a compromising position or anything like that; it's just nice to dance with Inco regardless of how they dance together.
Your interpretation is probably perfectly valid but it's been a while since I've read the text about that scene so I'm going solely off memory.
