It’s okay when you do it or when people do it effectively and quickly. But watching someone fumble through triggers or stack so many to play solitaire ruins play equity and isn’t fun.
I play with a pod where one guy loves trigger heavy decks and can’t resolve them efficiently or forgets triggers and asks to retroactively do them. Another guy plays trigger heavy decks and quickly resolves them and plays efficiently. Guy 1 sucks to play against and Guy 2 is alright.
