Easy. Healthbar and everything else like any other game but failstate aka game over can be Superman being captured and explained in game lore. This also could be used as mechanic that can lead to different consequences like people starting to doubt Supes if player got captured too many times and such and player having to go through trial and error to get out or get bailed out by other superpowered sidekicks and too many attempts could lead to them dying while trying to bail out players ass too. He gets hurt and his shit rocked all the time in comics for fucks sake I never got the "but hes invincible" bullshit.
