This is literally not what the game says. You didn't play it or were filtered by it. In order to get E4, Inco has to make Olivia take accountability and stop blaming others for her situation, because it was her decision to isolate herself from everyone. Her problems were self-inflicted (minus the Mia bullying) and had to be resolved by Olivia making a change. The game even plays around with theme of visible vs invisible disabilities, with Ben having a mental disability and wishing he got the special treatment Olivia did.
