Yes. NIN has so many varying cool downs that always need to sync perfectly up in their 60/120 second window and very little in between. So if you fuck your opener/TA window up you are unable to recover, since your filler combo does very, very little damage and you might as well wall if shit is ever drifting.
It is also supremely gimped in AoE damage since all its big buttons basically double for single target damage.
With BLM fixed, NIN is the last 'old era' style job that urgently needs a fix, since they will never change the DDR shit at this point.
