Get rid of the operator bullshit. 4 classes with optional equipment you unlock through the game. Have a couple maps for the snipers to call their own, so they can have their sniper servers. Make the other maps big, but more enclosed and balanced. No micro transactions. No anime skins like cod. Its really not that hard.
