How about, instead of making games look better than the average PS4 game, you use the added processing power of newer systems/computers to do things that improve the gameplay? Add more enemies/NPCs. Improve the AI. Add in physics systems/terraforming/destructible environments. Accurately simulate liquids. And so on and so on.
