both reasonable from an armchair pov, but what's the problem? Well both cases defy reality. Since people do crime, and people risk their careers all the time. Skilled people are the most to gain from cheating, and the ones withe most confidence they can get away with it.
This is why you can't reason that "he wouldn't cheat, therefore he didn't and every video must have some other explanation".
