Some of the DLC content is insultingly bad. Some of it is just bland. You're honestly not missing anything and I think they made a mistake implementing them into the main game, even if it's optional. Most people won't choose to skip them and they make the game worse and spoil later locations for some of the lowest quality gameplay in the entire package.
