Tenpai isn't banned, it's limited.
Horus is banned and that's the real shame, my former meta relevant level 8 engine is considered an Xyz engine or something. Fucking Konami. Doesn't even know I used it in my Centurion sloppa and now I have to actually put thought into my deck building for the event.
