I love Fishborgs, but I decided White Stingray would be more utility because it can be counted as a tuner and a non tuner, and has a similar summoning condition, discard 1 water to summon itself and doesn't start a chain. They both have use cases, but for the event Fishborg will be better because Coral Anemone is a Link monster and the only way to consistently summon fish from GY, which is one of the methods used to make White Aura fish act as tuners.
