It's literally only at half power and really easy to get rid of, unironically just run droll and save all your handtraps (except maxx c and fuwalos) for your turn. Be glad they actually did the right thing for once and banned both scythe and dweller, otherwise it'd be like when they released fiendsmith and kept both beatrice and ptolemy legal for some unholy reason.
You have no right to complain until the deck gets eclipse twins and mitsuwhatever, because eclipse just summons deadnamer back when destroyed, and the ritual cards are infinite grind game, a solid R4NK engine, a raigeki on legs (on command) and a omni negate (kinda, you need to toss a card to activate your effect).
