Don't do this.
Everything in the game except cosmetics, and only certain cosmetics, is available to get in game. Level stuff up as you go. A max rank Serration won't even fit on your starter weapons.
The major complaint with Warframe is that it encourages new players to opt to buy stuff with money. The secret is that you don't have to. If you have the money to spare, the only thing you should be buying is raw plat, and use that to buy weapon and frame slots, as well as catalysts and reactors for those weapons and frames. Later on you can make some plat by selling items to other people.
