To recover the tapes from the show and recordings of the show with the toons, alongside stuff with handlers and likely also the incident that fucked gardenview because he's a nostalgiafag who wants things to go back to how they were, same with the Ichor extraction, this as to recover and make new toons from the show, which is how we get licenses and in canon, probably so that the toons from the show come back which is what we slowly get when "new" toons get added to the game.

When a Toon dies they don't become twisted, they just fucking explode, they become twisted when overcome by negative emotion that their Ichor takes over and become unstable, eventually becoming mindless for most non-mains like how it happens with Glisten who isn't fully gone when we see him in the floors and can even talk.
why doesn't Dandy just do all the dirty work?
he seems to be managing the other stuff with the making of toons and whatever other stuff walton and delilah did, and technically still "Helps" with his store here and there getting stuff to buy even if it's garbage candy here and there
