Not in a number of years. They have "F1" style paddle shifting now. And only that. So "manual" in the sense that you can suggest a gear to the computer running the automatic.
Know a dude who had porsches. Switches to BMW because if he's going to drive a fancy car he wants to interact with it. Not the same without the stick.
