There's nothing inherently bad about sliding pivots if you can easily tank/outrange/dodge the enemy. The issue isn't that pivots exist - cause they were in ds2 too - it's that pivots and every other possible "gotcha" thing come in one package, making every enemy only i-frameable. There should be variety in approaches, not just one universal required solution. There should be a guy that charges and can be strafed and hit in the back, and there should be a guy that hedgehogs and needs to be space baited, they shouldn't both be the same enemy.
