I don't even know what's keeping them from putting in a Digimon rep anymore, it isn't size since we've had multiple small units now and there are plenty of mech sized mons to go around, it isn't an actor issue either since you don't have to adapt any of the anime. Might be a lack of demand maybe?
With Transformers it's mostly a rights issue since it is a western franchise despite its japanese origins.

You can buy 30 and Y on steam in english globally, the previous games were translated for english speaking asians.
