In that particular CoD entry yeah because there's no real smoothing or separation or whatever tech word for the difference between perspectives is between first person body and third person. So all that crazy shit has your character spaz the fuck out and be harder to hit and predict from everyone elses perspective. It also resets the sprint - fire delay so they can shoot faster from the sprint than someone playing normally.
