Damn sure isn't a great description of framing Titanfall's movement as, "a rhythm game" you're right. That's just arguing in bad faith not choosing actively to ignore the nuance in high velocity movement to reduce it to a framing where you can pretend it's brain dead easy. It's not pretending to not understand
1. Momentum preservation and Increasing
2. Moving in a pattern to remain difficult to hit
3. Map geometry to find and target players
I'm not going to sit here and pretend I enjoy Titanfall to death, it was a fun enough game. Too much like cod for me.
But this "anything I don't like is a rhythm game" shit is absurd.
you filthy casuals think Osu and Rock Band are the height of rhythm games anyway. Won't last two seconds in iidx or pop'n. Shit if Titanfall is so braindead come top the high scores on Taiko, the genre would love to see your brilliance.
