Jesus, has it really been that long since Cyberpunk came out that people don't know the origin of these clips anymore?
All of the clips you're talking about were made as parodies because there was one guy on /v/ hyping up cyberpunk by claiming it was some high skill game with extremely advanced combat when every clip he posted was just him jumping around like an ape shooting enemies that were often just standing still. Like this one.
After a while people just started dunking on him by mimicking his autism clips in other games like the ones you saw. My favourite has to be the Truck Simulator one that gets posted around.
