I played till the dying days until cheat engine abusing russians took over the game and made it so you needed to use a community server to hide in. At that point it was way past the last official update, and I played the game most of the way thru its lifetime and played capper exclusively early on and I can tell you with confidence that the whole thing is either a 1-2 week long period that I somehow missed, or it's over blown and has been mandela'd by the 1-3 people that are still mentioning the game here today. The flag drag which was left in the game just made you slowly fall back to 300 or 350 sanics, on most maps that's still enough to s2s with full energy and a disc jump off the stand. Hell you can do s2s on drydock with 250 or something but you needed a bounce setup iirc
