Hence my comment about 100% agreement. If you outright don't like this game without panties in the DLC costumes, then sure, don't buy it. If, on the other hand, you think there might still be some redeeming value in the rest of the game, then boycotting is sending an overly broad message. If you want to send a more specific message, I suggest doing so in Japanese. Heck, even an English language review on Steam is likely to be more effective than posting here.
