Not to be autistic about this, but this actually doesn't look like the work of someone who is colorblind at all, it's the opposite, to a colorblind person this would all look like a mush of the same color
It's clearly someone who relies too much on color and doesn't understand other aspects of a visual piece
The reason colorblind tests work is because they use color to distinguish forms without tone, by making all the colors the same exact shade, someone who cannot perceive color would have nothing else to rely on
Shade is very important, without any shade there's no variance or depth to a piece
