Frontier announced that all of Evolution 2's base game species that aren't in 3's base game are coming back for free, which is great. The DLC species that didn't make it in might be sold, which isn't so great, but since it includes the male variant, juveniles, and more animations I can understand selling them as long as we get new species in each batch and the price remains the same.
