these are 1 every 1000 attacks in a minuscle portion of the fights in the game
many of which actually reward you for parrying them (genichiro, guardian ape, some of the giant fatass normal enemies that get a ton of extra posture damage or get stunned when you parry it)
either way the OP post is clearly not complaining about sekiro
