my housemate is visiting china right now and he says genshin is still fucking everywhere, like every third store has something genshin branded in it. Even if it's declined it was still a cultural phenomenon at its peak.
I tire of the plodding story and degenerate teambuilding, but the music is still great and exploring new areas is fun enough.
