You really can't tell if you are dealing with a cheater or not. That's kinda the problem so it was always assumed there was a few cheaters. It wasn't until someone actually joined a hacking community and made a video about it did most people realize the true extent of the cheating in this game and like I said as the og poster you replied to the worse part is they work together against normal players.
