That's the type of environment his mindset breeds. People who will do anything for the greater good. It has to all come crashing down eventually. The point of these games is that nothing lasts forever. When his reign is over, he will be remembered as one of the most vile people in history. His legacy might even be erased from history. So really, if he even won, would it be worth it?
