I wasn't talking about the players I was talking about everyone else, the staff, management, coaches and such.
Nothing wrong with the players, you'll always have plenty of talented players because the people who do that do it for the love of the game and the money comes second.
It's everyone else involved who fuck it up. And the point of the thread was to talk about why it isn't working and that's the main reason why. It won't get better until someone or some company is willing to step up and do it right. Which will probably never happen but yeah.
