PLA also expects you to fill out a checklist that doesn't align with playing the game naturally. Why the fuck would anyone want to capture or battle Paras 15 times to fill its dex entries? Z-A at least had the good sense to tone that shit down. If they swapped that and the gameplay improvements of Z-A, then yeah, PLA would win.
