oh you mean the the visual effect around the planets? never really noticed those. there was some other distinguishing thing where the game flat out stated you super cleared the level, but I never noticed the planets being different. I think it's just the King being amazed when you do a super clear.
there are also 2 super clears by the way. one for getting the katamari ultra large (or very near 100% for the collect levels), and one for beating the levels ultra fast (only on the generic collecting levels) which gives you comets.
