Well Dain also has an Abyssal hand, understands the truth of the world and hates it with every fiber of his being.
He just doesn't plot to destroy it. Rhine is likely similar. Surtalogi as well. He's not crazed or anything, he got infinite power and stopped giving any fucks about Teyvat despite being almost completely an abyssal creature at this point. As is Skirk. Enjou is likewise just doing whatever the fuck he wants, simply pursuing his fancy.
What happens during the Gosoyoth fight is Gosoyoth abusing the sounds and images of the previous pyro sovereign/archons to fuck with Mavuika. It's the reanimated dragon/weird sentient ball of evil that is talking to her when she gets in its presence and starts fighting it manno a manno.
Rene experimented with abyss all the time and yet he never mentioned he was whispered to by anything. Etc.
Abyss doesn't talk. You can just use its power to impersonate others (much like Rerir does to get Tabibito to help him). But there has to be a culprit behind it.
