They both have really useful skills, hers falls off once you get Golem's ability to fill every slot, but until then, putting her in the middle with someone else on the first slot is massive. Flambae on the other hand, gets better anytime he succeeds until he fails, making him less likely to fail the more wins he gets. They're carried by the skills, not their stats
