Well, you could play other games developed by gust like Atelier and the EXA_PICO games (I've never played those), there's also the first Blue Reflection game where the closest thing to a lesbian character is Shihori (posted above with Chihiro) but is teasing at most.
It's a different experience to an extent but there's also the Persona games, like the second Blue Reflection game, they have a lot of interactions between the characters, that said, I've only played one mainline Persona game, so, I can't much about those games.
