no, its the original Sega Saturn version but patched for 4MB, with QoL improvements.
in the original Saturn version, you have to go to the status screen to go to the menu,, now its just a button press like select on the PS1, the original Saturn version also has additional content not present in the PS1/PSP version, like the additional dungeon section, Alucard Spear and new relic that allows Alucard to dash instead of doing endless backdashing
also the Richter mode in the Saturn version has the Kojima art sprite instead of reusing Rondo X sprite
